This receipt, bill invoice, E-Tax, and responsive UI update is designed to improve the experience for everyone involved in the restaurant workflow, from business owners and staff to customers. 👑 For Restaurant Owners The new system helps owners manage their restaurant more efficiently while reducing long-term operating costs. Receipt height is now calculated dynamically for both PDF receipts and thermal printer receipts, allowing the receipt length to match the actual number of items. This helps reduce unnecessary blank space at the end of receipts and saves thermal paper over time. The receipt and bill invoice layout has also been improved to strengthen the restaurant’s brand image. Logos, thank-you messages, and QR Codes are now properly centered, while the shop’s TAX ID is displayed clearly in the receipt header. This creates a more professional document format and supports better accounting compliance. E-Tax workflows are now easier to manage. Owners can choose whether to display an E-Tax notice message or print a QR Code at the bottom of the receipt, allowing customers to request an electronic tax invoice by themselves. This reduces manual work for the shop and helps prevent delays in issuing tax documents later. The store settings page has also been reorganized. Billing and E-Tax settings are separated from general shop identity information, making the settings cleaner, easier to understand, and faster to review. Sales reports and dashboards have also been optimized for tablets and portable devices. Improved layout spacing and responsive behavior make it easier for owners to review sales performance and business insights on the go. 🧑‍🍳 For Staff, POS Cashiers and Kitchen Teams Staff can now work faster and more comfortably on POS screens, mobile phones, and tablets. Buttons, shift forms, menu forms, and management screens have been adjusted with responsive layouts and larger 44x44px touch targets. This makes it easier to manage tables, send orders, update shifts, and operate the POS system on smaller screens. The system also provides more usable screen space. The Glass Header can automatically hide when staff scroll down on POS, kitchen display, order, or sales report pages. This allows staff to see more pending orders and important information without manually hiding the navigation bar. Thermal receipt printing has been improved for Thai text alignment. Product names and columns now display more consistently, reducing the chance of misread items or shifted text. Receipts also show staff names and unit prices more clearly, helping staff and customers verify the bill quickly. On mobile devices, the sidebar has been improved so it no longer overlaps the main content. Opening and closing the menu is smoother, making it easier for staff to switch between history, notifications, and key system pages. 🛍️ For Customers Customers get a smoother and more premium ordering experience on mobile devices. The top navigation bar on the ordering page can slide away while scrolling, giving customers more space to view food photos, prices, and menu details. The menu layout now adapts better to different mobile screen sizes. Images remain properly proportioned, and product cards can be displayed in multiple columns depending on available screen width. Backdrop blur overlays have also been improved for better rendering across browsers, including Safari on iPhone and iPad. Payment is now easier on small screens. The QR Slip Modal supports vertical scrolling, allowing customers to view the receipt, scan the payment QR Code, and save the payment slip without buttons or QR Codes being clipped outside the screen. Bill transparency has also been improved. Customers can clearly review item quantities, discounts, unit prices, and the final payable amount before completing payment. For members, the receipt footer now displays useful loyalty information, including member name, previous balance points, reward points earned from the current bill, and updated balance points. Customer privacy is also protected by masking the middle digits of the phone number, such as 012-xxxx-345, on both PDF and thermal receipts. Customers can also request an E-Tax invoice more conveniently through a message, link, or QR Code printed at the bottom of the receipt, without waiting for staff to manually prepare the document at the counter.
