Zluurp provides cloud-based SAAS (Software as a Service) restaurant management software, including QR Code ordering, POS cashier terminals, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), and cloud-synced financial reporting. Available features depend on your active subscription plan.

2. Registration and Account Security

• Users must provide accurate, truthful, and current information when signing up.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials to prevent unauthorized account access.
• You accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.

3. Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are charged on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle depending on the chosen plan.
• All fees are exclusive of value-added tax (unless stated otherwise).
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, with at least 30 days prior notice.
• Refunds are governed by the payment processor and specific service agreements.

4. Usage Restrictions

By using Zluurp, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to bypass security measures.
• Use the system to publish or sell illegal goods, copy protected content, or upload harmful material.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the performance of our cloud servers.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to keep Zluurp fully functional and accessible at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service (e.g. during scheduled maintenance or internet service provider issues). We are not liable for direct, indirect, or business losses resulting from temporary system outages.

6. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
